What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Good luck, Jack. Hope the side effects are minimal. :)

Thanks John, memory loss, sore feet, insomnia...oh wait, I have those anyway! :D ;)

My usual Lamb for Wooden Wednesday, and a Case Medium Stockman because it just felt right.

An excellent combination my friend :)

I really like those Rotopshere knives, haven't seen one in ages

Boy , is that ever true for me . We feel much easier about going out and about now that we have both of our shots . I am happy to hear that Jack Black Jack Black is getting his first shot .

Harry

Thanks a lot Harry :)

Thank you kindly, Jack!!!

Great day for a walkabout with that super cool Lamb; lovely stag covers on that beauty!:cool::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Darkest ebony I've handled so far

Very nice indeed :)

Toting a couple of French slicers wearing wood. :)

Both gorgeous JJ, and I bet they are great slicers too :)

LOL :D:p:D ... you guys rock

Here are a couple walking poles that I made about ten years ago.

We'll be leaving shortly for our first real "walk" of the season as a lot of the snow has melted over the past couple days.
Hoping we find some trail clear enough of ice and snow to let us walk comfortably for a while.
I am bringing the birch pole as the area we are going is infested with Sasquatch

What'd I tell uou JohnDF JohnDF ? The man is a marvel! :D :) Nice work Dan, and a great pic there buddy, I hope you had a lovely sasquatch-free walk ;) :)

Wednesday afternoon and I haven't posted ANY of the knives I started carrying for the week on Monday! :(
Guess I'll start with the 4 categories I post first most weeks: an Alox SAK, a non-Alox SAK, a bailed non-SAK, and an international knife (from someplace other than Switzerland).
Smooth red Alox Secretary (thanks, Ken):

Imperial Kamp King that I bought a year ago Sunday, after which the world went crazy. The Kamp King actually helped me keep my sanity as the pandemic took center stage a year ago this week by allowing me to participate in a GAW that Mike @Crazy Canuck sponsored back then. (If you're interested in seeing how "normal" Porch dwellers were acting as the coronavirus took over, you can visit Mike's GAW thread: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/mystery-gaw-challenge.1716412/page-5#post-19603233)

A Laguiole my daughter gave me for Christmas in 2018. She bought it in Toledo, Spain, but I'm quite sure it's an Martinez Albainox import from China. Good, solid knife, though, and she's my daughter!:thumbsup::)

Good to see the Secretary and Pocket Pal together Gary. Nice-looking Kamp King I've been thinking of picking up myself, last year sure seems like a long time ago doesn't it?!

A handsome and practical pair Paul, I like the fob on your Bull Nose

Thank you, Jack; I hope your first shot worked out well (you probably have the usual arm pain though). That is a great looking Lambsfoot and also a neat photo!

Thanks Dean, my arm isn't too bad :) I think I suffered more from slogging to town in the rain than the vaccine! ;)

Would you believe it that with all my talk in the previous post of bringing the birch walking stick to our walk I forgot it home ?

Surely enough, we were attacked by a hoard of Sasquatchs, but lucky enough for us I was carrying my trusty lambsfoot

Hilarious Dan! :D :D :D Well done :)

Your jigged bone WCLF and shiny L'Ecureuil make a handsome and useful couple, Jack!:thumbsup::cool:

...

Your pile side pic of the stag HHB on a pile of bark shavings is primo, Jack, and I'm always attracted to the inexpensive scouts!:cool::cool:

Thank you very much Gary :)

These two for me today.

Heading to my hunting lease in an hour, going to spend a couple days scouting for turkey, zeroing a new-to-me 243 WIN, bass fishing in the farm pond, and catching a bit of the Shad run on the river. Mostly just there to unwind and relax. Got a Case 3318 and a Buck Folding Hunter with me (the rifle and a 44 as well!) OH
