That is a solid knife, I use mine for cutting dry wall, works great and sharpens right up.
Today a RR Coal Miner with the logo rubbed off the blade (1500 wet'n'dry). Liking this one a lot, wish I could get it in carbon..............
It's nice to see a patina on one of these.

Wednesday afternoon and I haven't posted ANY of the knives I started carrying for the week on Monday!

A Laguiole my daughter gave me for Christmas in 2018. She bought it in Toledo, Spain, but I'm quite sure it's an Martinez Albainox import from China. Good, solid knife, though, and she's my daughter!
