Thanks Jeff! It is certainly a treat.Great half whittler, Gus!
I got one of these in fairly nice condition. I’ll post it here in a few days. Nice knaf.
Thanks, Gary! I appreciate delrin for what it is, which is fortunate, because I have a bunch of knives in delrin.
Outstanding, Dean. I hope you carry it often so we can see more of it!![]()

As usual, I've been carrying a couple of canoes and a couple of stockman patterns since the weekly "change of carries" on Monday.
I think this inexpensive burl wood Remington canoe looks really good:

Also enjoying this classic Case amber bone canoe:

The stockman knives are also both Case models this week, a sowbelly and a 6347:

Thanks, Jeff & Dean, I can agree with you.I'm a spearpoint fan at heart, I like having an extra tool like a screwdriver, I like the bail so I can hang the knife with my keys, and I think the black/silver Camillus looks really good while working hard (kind of like being able to pull off cleaning out the calf pens while wearing a tuxedo
).
Splendid knife and sensational photo, Dean!

Going on a little road trip to check out some more boats today, carrying this little sweetheart.

Always a treat to see your Jones jack, my friend. After yesterday's glittery madness, I'm appreciating classic old ebony.

Thanks Gary!!! That is a very cool movie!Your "struck by lightning" knife reminds me of the movie The Natural and the "magical" baseball bat carved from a lightning-split tree!![]()
Thank you. It's still a bit of a mystery, as I haven't seen another like it, and can't find out much about the brand. (according to Goins, Jones & Son existed with no notation of dates) German made, Jet black ebony, all steel construction and tight solid action is all I know for sure.Always a treat to see your Jones jack, my friend.
