today, Schrade Walden 34OT. Old, but very good condition, sharp blades, a really useful knife to carry in the jeans pocket.

Well, if the world is coming to an end today, I might as well carry on the last day, the first pocket knife I bought with money I earned as a boy. The old Colonial shell handle barlow has been updated a bit, but still has the same carbon steel blades as when I got it all those years ago.

That Tidioute Tom Sawyer will be a nice knife but certainly won't out-shine your pictured Queen Dan Burke Barlow. Very nice and the D2 steel in the Dan Burke is hard to beat.

Thanks, I can only recommend it. It's really easy and there's not much that can go wrong. Thinking about doing it actually takes much longer than the mod itself
