Very nice proper glassware, when I was a Chef I used the Lindemans Framboise for different things, dessert sauces, salad dressing, I also worked for Crafts Brewers Guild, if you like apple try Unibroue Éphémère Apple very yummy & I've used it to braise pork also, cheers.
Pete

I almost forgot the best part, the yeast in Lindemans is introduced naturally, by the natural yeast in the air is gathered by the cob webs above the vats, and falls in :-)

That one's real nice P. What do they call those acrylic covers?

My understanding is that these are called, quite simply, "Tomato."

(As any of you with acrylic covers knows, they can look very different from one picture or angle to the next, depending on how the light catches 'em.)

This knife was another gift from a friend, in this instance Mr. Barlow himself, waynorth. I believe those are his initials on the shield...?

Carried this one today and used it a few times to open peppermint candies for my Mom. I just love this old thing;)

Very, very nice Gevonovich.

Christmas Eve now, so I'm dressing up a bit. A few good beers in my favourite Leeds bar, then back home to cook for friends. Plenty of good beer in, including five different Lambics (the missus is partial to them). Hope you all have a lovely Christmas Eve everyone, and a great day tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing all your pics.

Best wishes

Jack

The day with me is my Richards Scout Knife I got from Jack next to my Richards Penknife I got from Scruffuk - thanks Thom :)

In Germany traditionally Christmas Eve is the evening the whole family gets together and celebrate that time (not so much tomorrow) - I gonna change my setup this evening with this two beauties

The can of snuff arrived today from Jack - Thank you very much, it´s not available here in Germany and I gonna take some together with my dad next to some beer and such stuff :D

Merry Christmas - Ladies & Gentlemen !!

Merry Christmas Andi. And all of you other regulars and lurkers here as well. We have a family get together tomorrow with my brother-in-law and his family. Going to be a wonderful meal and fellowship.

I haven't yet made a selection to carry today, but I'm leaning toward my new 2 blade TC Barlow. Don't have a photo of it yet, so that's as good an excuse as I need to carry it. I'll get a picture up when the sun comes up.
