I've become enamored with LionSteel's modern traditionals. Solid construction, excellent F&F, excellent walk and talk, great blade steel, titanium (which is pretty much always cool ), nice handle materials. These are really nice pocket knives. Its a plus that, although retired, I'm still enough geeky engineer that screws don't bother me in the least.

Screws? Rivets? Will the water drain downhill? Yes? Then we're good to go Make it fit (engineers motto )
