Jeff, I think I'll ramble around in my knife box and see what I can find to carry tomorrow. That black lip 300A still looks great.

And Ed, I don't know what steel they used, but that baby is RAZOR sharp, one of my sharpest knives ever. When opening presents Christmas eve, it slipped out of my hand when slitting paper along the edge of a box, and just the weight of the knife free-falling cut another 4" of wrapping paper before it fell out onto the ground.

Been carrying this Case Wharncliffe mini trapper.

Frank, if I didn't come to this forum several times a day and this thread in particular, I think I could get by with that knife and maybe just a couple others. Alas, I do come here often and now I have selected a black lip Silver Knight to carry tomorrow based on the photo that black mamba posted just above. No doubt, I will be influenced again tomorrow to carry something else. But the Case mini trapper like yours has a space on the shelf by my computer so it is easy to reach.

I did count 16 knives on that shelf this afternoon, but the Silver Knight does not reside there. Anyway, your knife is really pretty and mine is pretty much a twin. I think it is one of Case's absolute best EDC patterns.

I picked a smaller, younger brother to the knife you have to carry tomorrow. I don't have a solo picture of it at this point, but I should get an opportunity to take a picture and post tomorrow. I only got one of those knives in unused condition that wouldn't shave out of the box. I love the fit of the multiblade knives; they are mind blowing for a production knife.

Jack - each time I see these Medium Texas Jacks they get higher on my "Must-Have-List-For-2013" :)

Today there´s until the evening the Case Large Sodbuster I got from Rolf... big classic knife! :)

There are only a limited number of CV Case knives available here Andi, which kind of limits choice, but I'm pleased with the little jack, it's small and discreet, but still a decent size. My first Case knife and I'm very impressed with the overall quality.

Nice looking sodbuster you got from Rolf, I've admired it before, and I know the Powderhorn Jack has become a firm favourite. Hope you and your wife enjoy your meal tonight :)

Thanks Jack - during the years I got several Case knives and they are (mostly) of great quality. I really like them. My very first Case was also an Amber Bone, but a Mini Trapper in stainless. Their carbon steel is a nice stuff - and their stainless seems to be as nice as Buck´s famous 420HC... I´m glad you like your Amber Bone Texas Jack :)

Looks like a wonderful pair to me! That easy open just talks to me with those handles and acorn shield.

The Robeson needed a little pocket time and a good oiling of the joints with a little edge work.

Interesting pattern on the jigging there G.
And thanx, add 'em up and you get the blades of a Stockman;)
