What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks Duane, Phil does a fine job. All the best in the new year to you and yours.

I can't believe I just found the bead in my shoe tongue, amazing as I just walked the dogs 2 miles through the snow.

Continuing my Silver Knight every day for a week, I am carrying a 250B wood model similar to the Christmas Eve gift given to ~P. exept that it has a sheepsfoot secondary in lieu of the pen secondary.

We are not letting you get away with this, Ben!! I dream of OHTA...I worship at the OHTA temple...and you dare not to post a clearer picture of your OHTA!!

Just kidding but it is kind of dark and I bet it is a beauty:D

A pair of stockman knives today, though not both at the same time.

A 301 in my pocket during my painting project. I can clean that one easily should paint get where it should not.

A Boker Evergreen stockman jack with its 440C blades and olive wood covers for my other project, bracing a new-to-us china cabinet against earthquake shakings. Dudes! Like I live in California. Tall items get bolted to the wall.

Ringing in the new year with my Cramer LC in my pocket.

For New Years Day I´ll carry my GEC #72 Lockback

Andi, How are you liking that big spear on the 72? I'm so used to seeing clips on that style frame, that it somehow seems not right to me. But I have an open mind about it.

I like your location; you should fit right in here!

Oh, thanks, Ed, i hope so!
I'm a real old-timer knife nut... during the last week i have red all 959 pages of this interesting thread... ;)

Nice people and wonderful knives, i feel to be "at home" :)

Today, New Year's Day, I decided to carry my Otter Webermesser, gifted to me by Andi, and for me symbolic of the great spirit of friendship and camraderie of this forum. Also, my 30-year old Mauser Officers Knife, which has served me well over the years, not least for opening and uncorking various beverages ;) Happy New Year everyone :)

Jack

For the same reason Jack is carrying his Otter gift from Andi, I am totin' this yeller Case pen. It was a surprising gift from a BF member who wishes to remain anonymous. It was the first time anyone had done such a thing for me. Great folks here indeed!

Here it is just before it went into my pocket this morning:

Ed, well the spear point is really not right on this knife, but just we don´t seem to know it better. ;) I wanted it exactly for this reason, it seemed to be unique putting a so broad spear blade on a traditional lockback knife. But I really like it - though I had some trouble with that knife and bladewobbling, which I repaired.
