It's calling to me too. Unfortunately, I don't have one...

I carried this Gerber 250A Silver Knight today. It was a present to a Dad with A.W.E. initials. Not me, of course. I bought it off the auction site as a user.

Weather and my ability were not conducive to great photos today. It looks better than these pics.

I had this little guy to keep me company today. I love ebony.

That patina is coming along nicely

yeah i been trying to get a good shot at showing it..still not completely pleased with the patina pics
but it's a lot slower to patina than case's CV is. Tonight i cut up an orange with it and hardly any difference at all..perhaps just a TOUCH grayer...perhaps

buy the time this one gets good and black it most definitely will have earned its patina i think :p

i did have this pic attempting to get a better shot at the patina, its an indoor pic so its still not all that great

You've no idea how jealous I am of your ebony teardrop.
I was this close to getting one but the dealer ran out of stock. I managed to get one with antique green bone covers, and I'm thinking of sending it out to get new handles put on it. Either ebony or micarta, I'm thinking. It's a great knife.

Sitflyer...you sure now how to dress a buck:D

Old Boy...what a pristine beauty! That blade selection, I have found, is one of the best to be had.

I haven't finished out my week of Silver Knights as yet, and it's wooden Wednesday, so I'm carrying my trusty 250C three blade Silver Knight:

Oh yes, Gevonovich, i "love" my little German Eye - Whittlers (have 2 of them) very much.

The small blades are wonderful for whittling ... sharp like hell, and the big blade is for "food prep" and the rest of the days "cutting tasks" :)
