I'll probably try that too.I’ve found the pocket sheath with a clip to be my favorite way so far.
Thank you. That modified blade shape works better for me for normal use. I still need to thin down the butt of the knife. I couldn’t do it with the fob on there, but I might be ready to cut it off.Really like those mods Sacto!![]()
Thanks, Todd! I do need to carry it more. Thanks Dennis, same to you! Beautiful HHB and the jigging and color on that Case is really nice.![]()
Thanks, Jack! It felt like a nice balance. Many thanks DennisI love seeing that pairing my friend

I bet with those two solid oldies, they could "bail" you out of any situation!View attachment 1574609
Camillus, Ulster, and Lamb’s ear.View attachment 1574611And while I muddle around taking a knife picture, something’s in the woodpile.View attachment 1574612
Thank you much, John! That old Case pen knife is fabulous!![]()
That is a good pairing, John! Your sidekick Lambsfoot sure looks used and loved!
It's Back to Work Tuesday for me.
Even broken blades can cut, and this one does a fine job of scoring and cutting paper. I'll take inspiration from this.

I'm really liking those RR Canoes Gary, especially the smoothe bone!As I do every week, I'll tote a couple of canoes and a couple of stockman knives this week. The canoes are both Rough Riders, one in smooth tobacco bone and one in stag. The stock knives are a Rough Rider carbon steel sowbelly and a Schrade 34OT (thanks, Dave).

That's a dandy looker, JB!
Interesting looking fence.Well, I've seen the episode of "Midsomer Murders" on now so, I went ahead and cut the yards. Here I am on my trusty steed - errrrrrrrr yard tractor mowing the back yard proper. The property down below doesn't need mowing this year but I'll hire a couple of guys in to weed wack all the grass and weeds within 150' to 200' of the house. Dang!! When I had jaw cancer they gave me some really strong medicine and as you can see, the hair fell off my legs and arms. No more describing a knife as "hair popping sharp" as I'd have no idea. Luckily, I've still got hair on the roof. That gouge on my lower leg is where they cut the bone out of my leg to make my new jaw. The knife in my hand is the same Fire & Ice Trapper I posted earlier.
