What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

The family history makes it priceless.
Case made a solid TL-29!
Suppose there’s a record somewhere showing your Great Grandad was a Case dealer!
I love TL-29s, and I knew that Case made them, but I've never seen one in person. Pretty cool to see pics, at least.

I love GEC knives, but don't even try to get in on whatever the latest crazy drop is. But I would fully engage in the lollyscramble if GEC ever makes a TL-29!

47? Has become one of my favorite stockman knives :) Happen to have one in the pocket today too!

You betcha! 6347 amber bone👍🏼

Nice pair of tools! :thumbsup::thumbsup::cool:
Growing up on a dairy farm, I used fence pliers more than any tool except probably hammer, Crescent wrench, grease gun, and scout knife. Now I don't even own a pair of fence pliers.

Thanks, GT. Those pliers are pretty purpose driven; a necessity if you’re fixing fence, but if you don’t fix fence anymore they’re pretty useless. The Moore Makers are a nice pocket size.

You dealt yourself a winning pair, Jack!:cool::thumbsup:

I appreciate your kind remarks, Jack. :)
Thanks Gary, I always enjoy your reminisces of your time on the farm :)
Sweet picture, Jack. ;)

A couple of Hard Workers today...
Thanks buddy, yet another great pairing there :)
That’s what I thought about Jerry’s missing tip.
Oh boy. Another hard lesson in using your knife as a screwdriver or pry bar😁😁
:D
Headed up to camp for the week!View attachment 1593849
Have a good time :) I nearly carried the same pair myself yesterday
Toting the two Schrades for Saturday. :)
Stunning Schrades JJ :)
Your Hartshead Lamb and a stack of cookies, you're all set; have a great weekend Jack! 😎
Many thanks pal, you too :)

Happy Independence Day to all our US posters :) Have a great day everyone

GEC did make an Electrician Knife on the #15 frame. That's one I regret letting go of (it even had a glow-in-the-dark handle) :(

Oh yeah, my 4th of July totin' knives:

Our party is over, fireworks over the lake were last night, so today will be a more relaxing day for us. Going to a friend’s party right around the point. We’ll float on rafts the couple hundred yards around the point, even though our driveways share the same cul-de-sac! 😄 Hope everyone that celebrates the 4th, has a wonderful and SAFE day! 🇺🇸D606D2D6-1D1E-4FA2-8A39-98CE950B08A7.jpeg

Well, yesterday afternoon was busy as one of my buddy’s wives celebrated her birthday. It was quite humid by mid day and the lamb was well on the way of being ready, so I had also brought along a ss bladed Schrade number. Slicing and peeling that krispy skin was a blast, as it was so delish! Might as well carry the same today for Shrunday:cool::thumbsup::thumbsup:
