What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

How’s the pull? Mine is a solid 8.5 but a little gritty. My Big’un Lambsfoot was the same way but after a few flushes and some use it a smooth 7. I suspect the barlow will be the same.
Sometimes almost impossible to open. But that was after I had my operation. I can open it now and that's why its in my pocket. Mine has coined edged liners and file work on backspring and part of the blade.

I was awakened this morning by a heck of a racket and a lot of mooing. Looked out the window and there was a cowboy on his horse in my driveway driving cattle down my road. They are bringing the cattle down off the Modoc National Forest early this year because there isn't any water on the forest because of the drought. So they're putting them on a ranch about 3-miles down my road. Also to get the cows out of the forest to get them out of the way of wildland fires. Hundreds of cattle have been lost to fires this year in Northern California. Note the orange tint of the picture. It's because the sun is shining through the smoke from the fires.

So, I ran into the house and got my Case CV 3375 Large Stockman. A handy knife to have when they're driving cattle in front of your house.

Who Knows !!!!!! I might need a Spey blade before the day is over.
Hopefully you keep your hands clean today and you don't have to doctor any cows today. 😂😂

Oh wow Neal, I bet those lines are beautiful. I could see in the picture the file work on the back spring but didn’t realize it had coined liners. Mine is a standard model and very well made. Would love to see a picture of those liners if you get a chance. 😊

A slimmed down 2017 Bull Nose and Sasquatch Climber.

That looks great. I almost never carry mine because of those blocky handles. Did you do anything special besides sanding the handles down? I’m thinking of trying it myself but worry about removing too much of the peined head of the pivot pin.
