A pair of Queens = a pair of Beauties.

I enjoy your flower shots, Joel.
It’s nice to see so many 71s being used. I used mine this morning to cut some dill and basil among other things to take to Mom.
But I switched to a Case Whittler to attend a memorial. Being well into their ‘80s, my parents are losing too many good friends. :(

Third one in a month ~ all, including my aunt, passed last year (not of the C-19, just oldness, so the memorials had to be postponed.

Thank you for the kind compliment Jeff.

Peace to you and yours…

Thanks Jeff. One of the reasons I like this thread is I get to see all these different knives and here their stories. I started obtaining some tl-29 or electrician knives after seeing alot of yours. Also the donor you gave me came out pretty good and is one of my favorites.
Being an enabler is often a bad thing, but being a TL-29 enabler is a noble calling.
Glad you got a Craftsman. I suspect, but don’t know for certain, that Schrade Walden made those for Sears.
Stuck with this Old Timer 58OT since Thursday. Funny thing, the Delrin was turning whitish when I pulled the knife out Thursday, but I used an old photo that showed the handles when they looked real nice and clean. I took a new photo but didn’t post it - now after three days in my pocket all the whitish haze on the Delrin is gone and the handles look like the old photo - real clean again! Carrying a knife may be the easiest way to clean white hazy Delrin. OH

That’s interesting, Bruce. That white haze on delrin is common.
Then there’s the other kind of white~ where you find a knife that sat in a store display or window sill for years, and one side is sun faded white, while the other looks factory fresh.

All hail Mr Rogers, the jigged bone master.
And your star pattern stump is cool.
With mama and 3 of 4 kids Covid positive, I’ve been carrying the doctor lately!View attachment 1624733
I’m sure you are a great caregiver, Jon!
Dan, if you scratch your wife’s dining room table, there will be trouble.
I have a story about re-wiring an electric guitar and how a mysterious soldering iron burn happened on our antique oak dining room table...

I might as well go colorful for Sunday?
SK Blades "Smoke Jumper" red Buck 110LT SFO
Rough Rider RR1455 Zombie Nick large sleeveboard Sunfish (green)
Rough Rider RR603 large stockman (yellow)
Ulster Official BSA Scout/Camp knife (white)
Pink n' Purple fountain pen (black ink) for iffin I need to writ or sign anything.

Great user Barrett

Thanks, Jack. I haven’t used it for much yet, but it does seem like a decent little knife for the price.

Have a good Sunday folks :) Got my 2019 Guardians Lambsfoot SFO, and the #85 Barrett gifted me in Sheffield :)

Jack, I was going to ask if that was the Ironwood sample that you picked up at Wright’s that same day (which would make that pairing particularly excellent 🙂), but after a quick glance back in the Guardians thread (all the way back to page 504!) I saw that it was not. And then I remembered the ordeal with the Butter-Fingered Oaf… (Am I remembering correctly that you were at least able to get the Ironwood sample mended after that?)

Have a nice Sunday, my friend! 😀
