Thanks, Jack. I haven’t used it for much yet, but it does seem like a decent little knife for the price.

Jack, I was going to ask if that was the Ironwood sample that you picked up at Wright’s that same day (which would make that pairing particularly excellent 🙂), but after a quick glance back in the Guardians thread (all the way back to page 504!) I saw that it was not. And then I remembered the ordeal with the Butter-Fingered Oaf… (Am I remembering correctly that you were at least able to get the Ironwood sample mended after that?)

Have a nice Sunday, my friend! 😀
Yeah, I prefer the Case and GEC, but those cheap Schrade models are better-made than most of the others I've had

I'm sorry Barrett, your memory is much better than mine, I'd forgotten I'd picked up the sample for the 2019 Guardians Lambsfoot that day :) Yes, I was carrying Lucy yesterday, who stood in for my sample knife after the incident with the Butter-Fingered Oaf. Despite the damage to the knife, I was eventually able to get it restored, and despite the BFO's best efforts, I don't think it looks too bad ;) Thanks buddy, I hope you had a good one yourself :)

Good morning Jack. Your top photo with the ironwood Guardians LF is worthy of a lingering second look. Classy pair for Sunday!
Thank you Jeff :)
Nice to see you finally let Lucy out to feed... I'm sure she was getting a little cranky. 🤠
Yeah, she was starting to bang the lid of her...er...'room' John! ;)

A Sheffield Sunday for me by having a "Double Lambsfoot" day, with the help of my pal Jack. :)
Thanks a lot JJ, hope you enjoyed your Double Lambsfoot Day :)

Thanks for the kind words buddy, great to see Bagpipe Betty! :D

But still post worthy, John
Thank you, Dennis. :)
I try to add different ones to carry with it each day, but some days a re just a one knife day.
What kind of leather is the slip made from?
It's Herman Oak Leather, the best of the best. ;)
Cool picture of your Lamb and Toys, my friend. 🤠
Yeah, she was starting to bang the lid of her...er...'room' John! ;)

Lol... 🤣🤣
Still looking good my friend
Thank you, Jack. :)
It's amazing what a little Flitz can do for a knife.

Great Double Lambsfoot carry, Jack. 🤠
The Lambsfoot-Man's Barlow and the Barlow-Man's Lambsfoot.

Electrician and Cadet for Metal Monday. Not as redundant as it might seem - large spear, medium spear, sheepsfoot, screwdriver/bottle opener, phillips/can opener, awl, and file. The only duplication is the screwdriver/bottle opener. It seemed as if I was always needing a phillips when I was carrying the Electrician. The Cadet adds that and more.

Going to town for my last Cataract surgery check-up and then on to the Wagon Wheel Cafe for eggs up, hash browns, and hash. I'll carry the GEC #73 Scout Trapper with Ebony covers again today. It did a good job when I carried it down my back driveway yesterday so why change. Have a good one everyone.

Feel like a body flu came on last night. I went to bed at 7:00, and slept 14 hours. Not planning on anything more than cleaning out the washing machine drain line (happens about once a year.~ water on the floor in the laundry room is my sign), and maybe move the sprinkler around to different parts of the garden. We’re still having a draught. So I swapped the pruner for my lil jack.EE1147B2-10F6-4B48-A443-12B7CC560863.jpeg
Can you tell I like green onions?

Have a great start to your week.
