What was your first Spyderco?

My first spyderco was an all black millie because the store didn't have a satin one. When I got it in the mail, I never looked back. It just whet my appetite for an orange millie. :D
 
first was the delica 4 with the foliage green g10 was my first spydie and sadly it is gone now but getting a few more to add to my small but growing collection
 
Endura from '96 or '97 - miss the plastic clips. Took it on a lot of outdoor adventures and a couple trips to Iraq. Would abuse it, train with it, throw it against wood and sand-bags (with lots of rock), and it never suffered tip damage or blade play. Really loved the knife until it was stolen in '05. It was like having a friend pass away who had been around since teenage years and been through every thing, every where.
 
G-10 Rookie from the mid-90's. I used to be a teacher and I wanted something not too big to carry at school and on airplanes. Remember carrying knives onto airplanes?

I still have it. It's clipped to the sun visor in my car.
 
94 or 95 bought 2 Delicas. One for me one for my son. He carried his for 11 yrs as a Boatswains Mate in the USN. He still has his. Mine got lost somewhere.
 
Manix 2 CTS-XHP sprint run that i just couldn't see myself passing on...got a g10 delica which i still have now shortly after. ALso have a ukpk (g10) and a para 2. Trying to get a lefty military.
 
Para Military with black coated blade. :)

First I wanted to buy a Native3 in the local knife shop, but when I picked the Para Military, then I fell in love immediately. :)
It was my first knife with G10 handle and my first Spyderco.

Memories, memories... :D
My very first Spydie was a Ladybug (still have it and it works great). I was amazed by the cutting power of such a diminutive knife - it was affectionately named "the good knife". :)
Later it was followed by a Delica (and a few others :cool:) which made me definitely fall in love with Spyderco. :D
 
My first was the Karambit.

I wasn't that much into Spyderco knives at first (before I knew anything about knives). Now I love them and have a waved Endura, a serrated ZDP Delica and a Manix 1. I'm also planning on getting a Para-Military2, a FFG, green Delica and a Ladybug Salt.
 
FRN dragonfly SE about 12 or so years ago. it was on sale at REI and I needed a new knife. gave it to some stupid hooker of an ex who's probably lost it by now.
 
Tenacious, got it from a forum member here. Love the knife and it's been my edc ever since. Saving up for a Millie but that might take forever.
