  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What watch do you wear?

This week an Omega Weems delivered to the UK Air Ministry in the Spring of 1940 for the RAF. Mk VIIA RAF. One of 2000. Wish it could talk.

I gathered my collection a while back before prices became absolutely stupidly expensive and the vintage market saturated with incorrect frankenwatches by unscrupulous sellers selling wares that aren't quite what they claim.

Will probably start off loading sometime soon for a handsome profit.

Here's another from my collection. An Omega Aviator wristwatch from 1934.

Nowadays watches with such onion crowns are for aesthetics when their real purpose was so they could be manipulated by with flying gloves on. The thing was strapped to the outside of the flight suit on the forearm or thigh.

today it's my casio pathfinder 1500GB-1

limited run of a 1500 in black and orange that came with a extra band for wearing over a jacket sleeve

This is my Timex Expedition Chrono Indiglo. Bought it when I was 15 so I've had it for about six years now

Does anyone know if there is a dive watch with tritium hands and markers that has a Japanese automatic movement. A date window would be a plus as well, and even better if it has a day wheel too. I love how the GSAR looks but I don't want to have to service the Swiss movement every 5 years. I know that Japanese movements can go for decades without service.
