What will I do???

SOG Powerlock in my glovebox, Vic Super Tinker in my med beg, which never leaves my sight. Hmm, one is none and two is one, then three is?

If you make it to lunch, nip out and buy one to carry you through the rest of the day. 💪
I'm not sure if I'm gonna wait that long .. I'm gonna stop someplace, hardware store, even a gas station knife is better than none.😂

One morning at work I noticed I didn't have my daily carry/work folder clipped in my pocket. First I felt a sense of panic and dread thinking I had lost it. So I called home and had my girlfriend look around. She found it right on the shelf where I left it. So that crisis was averted.

Although I had a spare knife on me, and there were box cutters at work, I didn't have THAT knife, and that really bugged me.

Not having it bugged me to the point that on my lunch break I rode 20 miles round trip to go home and get it. I didn't NEED it, but I felt naked without it. So maybe on some level I DID need it.

We all learn from our mistakes. I bet you won't do that again. It's lunch time here, so I guess you headed home to retrieve that forgotten knife, huh?

I've been in this situation several times before so I can give some helpful advice. First off, calm down and don't panic. You are going to need your wits about you for what comes next. Now, since you obviously currently aren't wearing pants of any description you need to check whether or not you're at least wearing some form of underwear. This is important since it's the difference between the time you spend looking for your missing pants and the multiple knives contained within being merely embarrassing vs being actually criminal.
If you read carefully, he DID ask whether he should "grin and bare it." Spelling matters!
