What would you like to see Buck produce?

I'll agree with you on this. Buck has not done this model but I think they could do a run of these. DM

Scout pattern knife with blade, awl, cap lifter/screwdriver, can opener, and lanyard in a carbon steel like 1095 or 5160.

No one makes that pattern knife anymore, except the Chinese.

U.S.-made 300 series knives that don't have weak springs. Would like the springs to be a 5 or 6 on a 10 scale.

Would also like to see more attention paid to fit/finish on the 300 series.

Finally, would like the 300 series offered with yellow scales again.

A Vantage lockback blue scales and gold ion lock bar and screws, while keeping the flipper feature. Finger grooves that continue down the scales in the same style as the liner groove.

A smaller, more pocketable version of the millennium trapper. 420HC steel is fine, with either standard valox handle(blacks fine but maybe different colors) or jigged bone. And, since I’m dreaming, FFG.

I would like to see a run of Slim buck 110’s and 112’s, with handle about 1/3 thinner but all else same.

Sambar stag covers would be nice, but just a slim knife would be great.

Once that is shown to be a winner, then a run of slim 110 knives with S30V or similar blade steel. Like a skinny supermodel 110 Pro Hunter.

Some background on this one please?
I don't recall the exact details. Some sheath work earned it. I do love it. Fresh out of heat treat is why the color looks the way it does. No further finishing. I asked about the Hammond line but I think it showed up due to the blade is thinner along the hollow grind so the temperature heated and cooled faster than the thicker spine. Just a guess.20180429_205419 (1).jpg

Thanks. I’ve always liked the Vanguard and the leather, and the finish, really suits it well.
