I couldn't decide, so 2 of them. Early Christmas present to myself.

Seems like the mailman is getting slower and slower.
 
Curiosity go the better of me. I ordered a Utica large stockman. Because I just had to try it.
 
I've been wanting a split spring whittler for a while and realized the whittler I got my wife a while ago had that and is quite neat for a user...so ordered a tuxedo whittler in red bone :)

I have a Dowell wharncliffe trapper and a Menefee wharncliffe trapper ordered for 2012. Hopefully I will pick both of them up at the Blade Show.
 
Just got the Texas jack I spoke about. Nice knife. Scales are darker than I expected. Picture is extraodinarily crummy but here it is:

I should have new 2 bladed jack from Ken Coats hopefully before the end of this year, maybe early next. I also have my first custom peanut on order from Mike Alsdorf.

Yet I hope that will change when I can see the forthcoming GEC No.68 White Owl.....
 
Just placed an order today for a GEC Northfield Big Jack with Burnt Stag handle. Its from the 2008 run.
 
Had to send the Schatt & Morgan sowbelly back. :( Will begin my search for one again.

But I've got another Case Tony Bose Collector Set Sowbelly on the way... and also a Shapleigh Diamond Edge (Schrade) stockman

I have a fixed blade hunter on order from James Whitten called the "ladykiller". It'll be February before I get it. It's a smallish knife. Here's the photo of one that inspired me to order one from him:

I have a nice new GEC Gepetto Whittler with burnt stag, waitin' under the tree, haven't laid eyes or hands on it yet, the wife snagged it as it came in the mail while I was away, good for her, and well, in 5 days or so, it'll be good for me ;)
