Whatcha got on order? (Traditional Knives Only)

GEC Cap lifter in Nifebrite (per my wife and sons request on scales). My first GEC! So excited!
You should enjoy it, just don't feel bad if the knife doesn't come sharp. Doesn't bother me as the knives are always top notch!

Won't bother me at all. I like putting a good edge on a new knife it's part of the process to me. Noticed you snagged a radio jack. How do you like it?

I liked it a lot, but sent it to a buddy who wanted it more. I just didn't use it enough to keep it.

Placed a order for a yellow camel bone Fremont jack yesterday, and ordered a 92 Eureka jack this evening. Very excited!

Just won on large auction site an Camullis TL29. Based on some pictures of tang stamps found in the forum I dont think its all that old. But still a cool looking knife and my first dip into the vintage knife waters. Cant wait for its arrival.

Congrats Will but be careful. I understand they're still pretty potent even when dead

The Buck Collectors Club (BCCI) put together an SFO from Buck. A 301 with BG-42 blade steel. BCCI had some extras and is selling them to non-members. My favorite pattern (Buck 301) with stainless steel having enhanced edge holding? Gotta have one one of those.

I've heard about BG-42 alloy for years. Before the proliferation of blades made of powder metal, BG-42 was considered top of the line stuff. Stainless, and said to hold an edge noticeably better than 154CM or ATS-34. Never had the opportunity to try one.
