Went to the mailbox. A package! Convinced myself that it was just the right size for two Northfield 77 Barlows. Cut open the package with my Radio Jack. Damn!
A math book for my kid.
Come on GEC! I need my 77 Barlows!
Just won these two. I think the Queen is fairly new but the Elliot Cutlery is turn of the century. I'm really digging these old knives.

Both very nice Bill, I picked up a Queen like yours a couple of weeks back and it's becoming a quick favorite:thumbup: Made in 2006 & the carbon blades take a wicked edge![]()
I ordered this Boker Tree Brand Congress last night. I've got a question about it actually. I was reading if the knife does not say "Solingen" on it, it is a fake. This knife says Germany on the sheild. Does anyone know where these are made if not made in Germany? It was $35 online. Pretty excited about it. Anyone else have one?[/IMG]![]()
Can't beat these frontiers, they're built like tanks and can usually be picked up cheaper than Old Timers. The carbon steel takes a screaming edge!

One of my favourite patterns.Nice specimen!Just picked up this from the big auction site. After showing pictures to Codger I was reassured it was indeed a Schrade 863 whittler. It's strange as it has no tang stamps, only an very faint blade etch.
