Whatcha got on order? (Traditional Knives Only)

I have got 3 Single Sheepfoot 15's, a TC 2 Blade Palo Santo, an 85 Green Jig Bone and a 48 Dogleg Jack in Natural Stag. I had a major letdown on 3 TC's that I thought were in the bag.
I guess as the song goes "Que Sera, Sera". Overall it has been a busy day and a half.

I saw a couple pretty nice looking Queen Barlows on the KSF home page. Ordered a single blade version with walnut covers. Also getting a BRKT and a GEC 66 with natural stag. I need to quit going to KSF site when I am bored!

It looks like I should have a Palo Santo single blade TC Barlow coming my way. I was hoping for more but my dealer was limiting them to 1 TC per customer. I think this is a stand up thing to do and might keep those that would purchase just to resell down to a minimum. It does, however, make picking awful hard!!!!

WooHoo..Lucky me..I just scored a TC Barlow (the new ones) in tan jigged bone & one in yellow jigged bone.

Yesterday I received my first GEC, so technically not on order any longer, a 47 Viper in Che Chen rosewood. It's as fine an example of a pocket knife as I've ever owned.

It's already working Gary. Not even here yet, but I can finally see to back out of my driveway. First time in months. It was a crap shoot for the last couple months. Had to back in to drive straight out and even then you were taking a chance that someone was barreling down the road and you were about to get T boned.

I'm glad there's finally some improvement, Bob. I remember having to deal with that kind of stuff a year ago, but this winter has been relatively mild for me. This year I haven't had to move any of my snow piles so I had room to shovel the new snowfalls, something I did 3 times last winter. So I can appreciate your hoping for the light at the end of the winter tunnel!

I missed out on the TC's..but when I saw the price I thought maybe that was a good thing. But I solaced myself with a #15 yellow jig boned sheepsfoot, at about half the cost. Looks like a couple others did the same. There 12, then there were 9. :D

Same here. I was kind of disappointed to be priced out of the TC barlow market. But I can understand what with their popularity blowing up so much these days.
I must say that I am very tempted to get one of the new Queen barlows in walnut. Does anyone know if they have half stops?

Hey Sonnemann. I have one of the Queen Barlows on order. I'll tell you if it has half stops next week.

At least you had the chance...I was watching two sites on and off all day and never saw them come up. No problem, though: I still have my #77's to enjoy!

I agree. I think the anticipation and the way KSF released them made some not really consider price. It was basically a contest. But, congrats to those who were quick on the buttons. They are good looking knives.

I ordered a #15 huckleberry as well... which will be my first traditional folder! Been waiting quite some time to find the right combination of blade shape, handle shape and material, and price for my first traditional. I'm really excited to be getting a taste of GEC craftsmanship, seems like there's pretty much endless praise for it on the forums.

I just received my AGR Folding Hunter, in Yellow. Love it.
G2... you need to try one of these folders. Trust me.

I picked up a #42 Missouri Trapper in fontier bone yesterday at the Dalton GA knife show. I had seen them on one of the online sites and liked them. Then yesterday, the one GEC dealer had a couple of these 2012 knives at his table. I'm happy. It is serialed from an edition of 25 knives, but I really don't care so much about that. It is a user for me.
