I like mine also. If I ever get up the nerve, I might try to lower the sheep's foot a little.

Queen 99FBH Scout knife is on its way to me. Can't wait to see the feathering in that buffalo horn. Now the waiting begins.

Likewise as SAK Guy, thanks to Sketch I'll have my very first Northwoods and my first Indian River Jack, First production with scagel hole under David Shirley. Needless to say excited since I can't find much history other than listed above about this knife.

I think the bone on those white box Winchesters is as good as any that has ever been put on factory pocket knives. It seems to be denser and smoother, even when jigged, than anything else I've ever handled.

You've been on a roll SAK Guy, saw you snag a winchester almost every week/I think you got one off Ebay I had been eyeing. That Moose Case is a great piece of history to use

Thanks Tim and sorry. I've been very driven lately to catch up on my Trad knives. Been on a similar spree with SAKS for a couple of months. I think I've bought 22-23 knives in about a month's time. That surprises me....haven't counted them till now.

I'm pretty excited about that Case! I really anxious for it to get here. :D

I've got a chestnut sowbelly on the way. Got to love how low that clip point sits.

I love mine!! It's a fantastic pattern. Some real heft to it, but it strangely disappears in my right rear pocket. Carries a lot smaller than its size, I think.
