I've got a GEC Barlow drop point incoming from Boggs, and am tempted by the new GEC Saddle Trapper with Copperhead or stag. And I told myself no new knives...

Just got my order in for a Michael Morris friction folder! Wharncliffe blade with natural micarta & lanyard tube. Now the wait begins... 90-120 days!

Boggs is really selling off some tidy stuff, much obliged to him, a STAINLESS Conductor is soon to be mine. Been after this one for an age.

All good things come in threes: a legend on this forum has sold me a Forum Knife to replace the one lost in a kitchen flood, nice one!

Finally a GEC Half-Whitt in Pickle Green is also en route, I'm eager to say the least.

Thanks, Will

Placed an order for a Morris Knives friction folder on Nov 6th... Green Micart, 2.25-2.5" cutting edge, Clip point- let the 90-120 day wait begin!

I find GEC have production schedule for "Huckleberry" Which I hope is 3½ or bigger True Barlow. Anyway I should get soon my #25 Autumn Oak from GEC. Beautiful jogged orange bone handles with end cap... Can't wait. Waiting is killing me... :D

Enrique Pena is making me a Lanny's clip in primo stag, washers instead of mill relieving and jeweling the inside of the liners. Should be a real beauty. Feb. delivery.

Two stockman's inbound, a Queen made Winchester 3 5/8" in dark bone, and a Seki City Browning 3 3/8 in amber bone.

I'm also eyeing up one of the new clip blade #85's, pickle green UN-X-LD please! :D

I also have a Morris FF on my wish list, maybe I can order after Christmas...

That should be fantastic! One thing about Pena, I also am really drawn to his jigging on bone for some reason. It is just eye catching. I would have a really hard time picking between one of his folders in bone or in stag.

Hopefully soon, I will have my first custom slipjoint. J. Oeser, a pattern designed just for me.

... and then you'll have (at least?) six knives in your pockets, because really, which one are you going to leave out? ;)

I look forward to seeing what might be "designed just for you" when the time comes.

I was sent a preview photo of the knife by my vendor, and the swirl pattern is a perfect match. Thought it was kinda neat. I'll post an arrival pic here, just to make sure I'm not crazy....wait, well, I'll post a pic anyway.

Thanks! I look forward to seeing your pictures.

No excuses for "losing" this one, even if your wife happens to hide it in a drawer. I daresay the drawer will be glowing....

Well, I am still crazy, but lest I'm mistaken, it is the one on the left!

I'd say you're correct! That's fun, having an in-progress shot like that.

Very impressive material. I look forward to further pictures. :)
