I can't speak for others, but I've had to go the route of contacting distributors almost immediately after GEC releases their production schedule updates to see if they can put me on a list. Distributors who don't do lists have drops at regular days and times after they receive knives and you can sign up for updates, or learn the timing (I don't know them all myself).

Lucked into a GEC White Owl before they all sold. First GEC in almost three years!

I have worked with a dealer , for some years , that I know well enough to eat lunch with . He has never let me down . He is not a Supporting Dealer , so I can not mention the dealer's name on the Forums .

Well it's raining and I was going to a yard sale.....So, four weeks later, here are some pics of the Lionsteel Barlow. It's an interesting design in that the liners and the back of the spring are rounded on the edges instead of being smoothed into looking like one piece. It has half stops and has a nice size to it. See it compared to one of our forum Barlow knives. Between a GEC 55 and a Russell Gunstock (full size). I think I'll look for another one!

I just scored this 1983 Case m279 SS pen off Ebay, clearly unused as stated in the listing but a little drawer wear won't surprise me.
It's a new one on me, I'm sure they've been discontinued a good while and I've certainly never seen one on the porch.



Look at the hollow grind on the main blade, you just know this one is gonna cut so well.
