Whatcha got on order? (Traditional Knives Only)

I have a 71 Sudbuster in natural canvas micarta coming soon. I missed out on the 71 bullnose in natural canvas micarta, so it was nice to see Mike using it for his SFO.

Checked the bay on a whim and found these on sale for less than $15 each. $45 got me one of each of the current lineup. Usually they are either fake or ridiculously overpriced.

(Like I need any more…)

I got 2 of the 3 in yesterday. Blades on both are stainless :(

I’m glad they are still making them though, and I have enough of the carbon steel ones to last a lifetime anyway.

I have this one coming this week - Great Eastern Cutlery #73 Scout Trapper 735108 - Gator Bone 1 of 32. I think the #73 is the perfect size and shape, so why not get one that is unique. I thought about getting a liner lock in wood, and might add one to the collection later.

Nice - I didn't know Boker even made a "Sudbuster-style" knife. Since they use the tree logo, can we call it a sodbuster? I love it.

Boker does in fact make a Sodbuster style knife, called the "Rangebuster".
However, it is not under the Tree Brand, it is under their Plus brand... Made in China.
I believe Boker has made other Sodbuster style knives in the past, but they recently shrunk their production models.

Although the one that Duvel Duvel posted appears to have the tree brand logo - Interesting. I almost went with a boker swell-end jack traditional, but it was close to the price of a GEC model.

I went with one from GEC that might be here as early as the weekend or beginning of the week. I almost went with a newer one in black micarta, but got a decent deal on this model.

I have a few of the metal handled Joseph Rogers lambs foot knives on the way from “across the pond” 😁 one (or two 😂) for me and the rest for Christmas presents for my boys

Oh, I see the disconnect now... The Boker Swell End is not considered to be a Sodbuster, it has a different handle and blade shape.
If you're going to buy a Sodbuster, you can't go wrong with the GEC #71. I think it's the best of the Sodbusters. Congrats on an excellent pocket knife. 🤠
