Thank you for that info. I have found that to be true on my other 2 as well. They also seem to be a perfect size for my hand.Rufus1949 The lock system they employ on their Laguioles is totally smooth & precise, no blade-play either. (GEC take note...)
I bought two schrade craftsmans, a 9548 (34OT) for $14, a 95074 (194OT with brass bolsters and liners) for $15, and a walden 34OT with some handle advertising for $26.
Happiness is when one of us European knife guys unexpectedly finds a US made gem on the marketI won at auction the Old Timer 1080T and I'm quite happy with that because it's not a common thing that the USA made knives are at auctions in my Country. It was about 11 dollars. I hope that everything is ok with it as I am about to use it as I use my other knives![]()
