Whatcha got on order? (Traditional Knives Only)

England keeps shooting itself in the foot.

This knife that ive wanted for a long time is available all over the world (everywhere, even places ive not heard of) from one FB group in Germany.

The only country they wont post to is the UK thanks to our clowns running the country.

So I asked someone in Southern Ireland part of the EU to buy me 2 (in case someone else wanted one,im good like that 😇) which he kindly did tonight.

Now Ive found out it will be the forum knife of a UK SAK group I am in,if only I had known 😁

The Walker model has been discontinued this is the Alox equivelent and perfect for the outdoors as a lightweight carry alongside a larger knife.

I hope to be ablke to cut down 100 year old Scotch pines with ease 😁

Lets hope the Lumberjack doesent turn out to monty python 🤣 🤣 🤣

The THEY (or the THEM) claim: "The Third Time is a Charm!". I ordered this twice before today. Both times it was lost before I could get home time. 😭
Thissle bee the last try. The daRn thing has upped by half from the first time I ordered it. :(
One historical feature of the Barlow was Low Cost. I believe with taking inflation into consideration, that feature may soon be a memory, regardless of brand ... Oh well. It is still under what a used Russell, Case, NYKC, Utica, Rough Ryder, and GEC go for. 😇

Rough Rider RR198 Smooth White Bone Barlow. 3.3 inch closed.

Ittle go well with my (large) Rough Rider Smooth White Bone Sleeve Board Sunfish. 🤓

I will "have" to get some fine sand paper to "demagnetize" the blades one of these decades, so they won't attract fingerprints and smudges. 🤔
(😪 If only it was available with either 1095 or T-10 blades .... I dunno why Stain Less blades are so popular these days ... 🤨)

Hope y`all have an grand March and After.

Just asked Willem ( k'roo ) to make a lambfoot using waboom wood. It's native to Africa.
This is a sample.
I was going to use kudu bone, but Willem said it may have to go through US wildlife and fisheries for inspection. That would delay it 2 weeks and cost $50.20221220_193237.jpg

And awoke this morning to find this bummer email :(
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your recent order!
I am writing to you because as your knife was preparing to ship and passing final quality control, an imperfection was found on the top of the wooden handle that is unsatisfactory. For this reason, we are unable to ship this exact knife to you and we are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience!
We already checked and we do not have another snakewood handle in this model to substitute it with. Would you perhaps like to choose a different knife from the 5 Coqs collection or would you prefer that we cancel and refund the order?
We appreciate your kind understanding and we will await your further instruction, thank you!
