Whatcha got on order? (Traditional Knives Only)

Certainly early but I put my name down for a Northfield 48 with muskrat clip and wharncliffe blades in African Blackwood.

Oddly enough, it's no longer in stock. What's up with that?!

:p

Ha, ha. I've come perilously close with a prototype on another site for nearly twice as much but this one has a clip blade too. Been hankering after another GEC in banana bone since I lost my Rose #73L (my first GEC). I love this frame and with a punch nicely tucked away, win, win:D

i have a case peanut chestnut cv coming my way from one of the sites that were were listed on the forum.

Since it's going to be my last knife purchase for a long while, I figured I'd make it a really fun one. Just ordered a Ben Hogan lockback in ebony, and a Queen swing guard. I've never handled a swing guard before, but I figured I can always remove it if I don't like the set up.

I have a #79 workhorse (single spring 2 blade) on its way from Barry. I can't wait, I have been using the #85EO SFO with the coping blade and I love it because i have a large blade to cut cardboard and large items as well as the coping blade for opening boxes and whatnot. I really like single spring knives though and have been debating the workhorse for a while now. I found a nice northfield in african blackwood and said what the heck! Im hoping it lives up to its name and becomes my ultimate work knife.

nothing at the moment and probably for a while. had two that came in within the week and both winners but "a man's got to know his limitations". :)

I found this gorgeous boker congress in the exchange forum which is now on its way to me curtesy of Bdev.

The image is his.
This is the first time I have seen something I want in the exchange and managed to get there first.

Bulldog with stag stockman, Schatt & Morgan Railsplitter in antique green Jigged bone, and... ... drum roll please... a Scagel Fruitport Wharny with the most beautiful ram horn scales i have ever seen.

While waiting for GEC's #48s, got my first 2 Queens on order in about 2 years. A Queen #51 Mini Trapper with Curly Zebra wood and a #51 Jack with Winterbottom jigged delrin covers.

Waiting on a 3.5 in sodbuster in two tone tan/brown g10 with O1 steel. It should be in my pocket in a couple of weeks!

Still on a sheepfoot main half Congress quest with a Schatt & Morgan ordered from Mike, I've been eyeing it up far too long.
I also succumbed to a VG-10/Damascus blade Kershaw Double Cross with clip and Wharncliffe to join my standard AUS8 model.

I need to join the "no more knives for awhile" club :D

This one is on the way

Exercising control. Just reserved a Northfield wharnie trapper in autumn gold jigged bone. Waiting for that Northwoods 31 to start moving down the line.
After that, I'll be content.
Finally.

I really like the fixed blade drop point hunter design made famous by Bob Loveless. I saw one offered by Rough Rider for around $14.
I just had to have it at that price.

I do have three Loveless Drop Point Hunters from Bark River and two made by Schrade U.S.A.

Only things I have on order are the BF traditional forum knife, and I also have a GEC #48 trapper on early reservation. I think that'll be enough knives for me.

How could I forget...I have reserved a GEC Tidioute #42 Missouri Trader Lock Back Clip Point with Smooth Ivory Bone. They should be made very soon and I'm very excited about it. :)
