Just ordered a Case Amber Bone Canoe in CV, never tried a Canoe pattern before, but something about the pattern called to me....

....oh, and an Opinel #12 carbon steel, just for the laughs/absurdity of it all....

...still can't believe my local knife shop wanted $39.99 for the same thing, NGK had them for $14....

ELVIS is back in the building! My new knife arrived today, a custom recreation of the 1902 Marbles' Ideal by knifemaker David Stifle. I could not be more pleased with the knife or with David. He was great to collaborate with on this project. In fact, the friendship as much as the knife is a blessing. The knife itself is a beaut. Very well made and even with so many grind details on the blade, the left side matches the right pefectly. And no "wavey gravy" to the final blade polish either. The stag handle and pommel are drop dead gorgeous in texture detail, fit and finish. There is an engraving on blade left as well. "In Honor of Gene W. Little U.S.N. WWII". A fitting heirloom tribute to my personal hero, my father who finished his work here 25 years ago next month. Thank you David.

Apologies for cluttering the photo with so many objects. Most pertain to my Father and the inscription.

So I've been on the hunt for a single spear EO 85 for a little while now. I've also wanted to add some stag to my collection because for some reason, I don't have any! Well, while browsing KSF, I came across this! EO 85, single spear, stag, and serialized #13! 13 happens to be my favorite/lucky number!! I feel this knife was made for me! Placed the order this morning, now eagerly awaiting it's arrival!!

I eyed that one too, it should serve you well!

Beautiful #85 Leadchop54!:thumb up:

 That's one catches your eye for sure! Beauty!

Just placed another order with Joel Chamblin for his tribute to Jess Horn SF lockback fighter in antique ivory paper micarta. Should be another great one to edc!

A Case Bermuda green bone sowbelly and an amber bone cv trapper to go with the rest of my amber cv's (almost got all of them).

Just ordered my first GEC! Got an orange F&F bullnose on the way. I'm a huge fan of sodbusters and have been wanting to try out GEC but couldn't commit to a higher cost knife right now. I'm excited to see what all the fuss is about.

CJZ, That's right. Dead being the keyword. Nice snag.
