It's funny, years ago a guy I used to work with loaned me an Iced Earth CD and was like "if you like Priest you'll like this". This was soon after the Ripper years with Priest, and as soon as I heard the voice I was like I know that singer. Looked at the liner notes and saw his name lol. Kind of like Adam Lambert singing for Queen, he can hit the highs, but just doesn't have the same overall range.Did you hear his albums with Iced Earth? I feel that is quintessential Owens.
