I'm re-watching the West Wing and I believe one of the episodes heavily featured New York Minute. I'm a child of the 90's but wasn't cognizant of that album at the time.

I’m listening to all the Tornado Sirens, Air Raid Alerts, and Emergency Broadcast tests that are supposed to start promptly @10am, the first Tuesday of the month, but are completely staggered in time in reality.

Must be a timing issue with the atomic clock
