Thank you S Storm W . I originally thought it up as a paring but have been using it and been giving it to friends and family more as a knife to process game and for bushcraft chores. It’s worked excellent there but I need to add a choil. Bringing a zero edge back to such a small ramp to keep your finger away from the sharp edge has proven troublesome for a couple people.

Its a bummer when you build a knife the way you like it and it really performed and people want you to dial it back.

Don't add a choil. Just give it a 2 mm heel/ricasso before the edge starts.

Another in AEBL. Ground this one the thinnest I’ve gone yet and I think it could make the air bleed its such a razor. After I get through this batch I want to get some MagnaCut. Anyone with experience in both in kitchen knives been able to tell a performance difference? (Yes, I know heat treat and edge geometry dictate performance)
