Beautiful color scheme of all the elements. I would smile every time I used that for sure. Stunning.

Butch,
First let me congratulate you on your upcoming wedding!
I'm glad to her you and the little lady are in agreement on that fantastic looking Suji you have made.

Beautiful blade Butch. Congrats and many happy years to you and yours.
Darcy:)

Butch that is some seriously fine work right there.

Very cool Butch... Koa is certainly one of the hardest for me to part with. I have one block nice enough that I may never use it. :p

Here's most of the ones I finished last week, a couple aren't shown. I was a knifemaking tornado, beat my own record by almost double for weekly finished blades, but it took a couple 21hr shifts, a couple 18's, and a couple 16's. I was comatose for almost two days after.

Kal, that's pretty awesome! How much did that run you, if you don't mind me asking?

Ian,

Your work keeps getting better and better. Thats a hell of a batch for a one man show!

Do you have any big blades planned soon? I'd love to see your take on a 12in bowie.

I've got a customer that has an order in for a Bowie style chopper, something in the same vein as a couple of Nick' recent pieces.

It's gonna be M4, ground somewhat competition chopper style but made in a fancy Bowie style.

I've got a $100 block of Koa set aside for it, I was lucky to get near first pick out of the batch of super good Koa that Mark/Burl Source posted a few months back. This piece of Koa is just... It's really something special. It has every color of the rainbow in it.

Kinda hard to describe but the curl/chatoyance looks almost like fine satin. It's a really nice piece.

The customer put the order in last year when I was first starting, and told me not to work on it until I knew it was the right time. I feel like I'm getting close, maybe 90% to the point where I want to be before I start that one.

I have been working on my tang geometry and handle design/fitment, and feel like I'm pretty close.

I really like your take on a kiridashi (the middle one). Awesome work!

Thanks! Believe it or not I got five orders for that after posting it for sale here. It was a huge hit. Gonna do a batch of ten probably.

Started a bunch of knives.

Unfortunatly my water jet supplier screwup his job and I lost a lot of steel (CMP154 bye the way)

And I'm in the process of making all my G10 handle. 43 pair of handle in this picture. Not finished yet.
