  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What's going on in your shop? Show us whats going on, and talk a bit about your work!

G-Flex is very strong and resilient epoxy, it will help against cracking as good or better than any other epoxy! A mechanical like a Loveless or Corby are the strongest but your hidden Idea with G-flex should work.

This is the part where you as a new maker get to build, test and an see your results.

Using some of the first damascus I've ever made. Just need to put on some finishing touches and add a turks head at the top.

Came up with 2 iterations of a paring knife. They are 105 in edge length. I'm liking the top one a little more, but it's a close call. What do you say?

Not much actual “making” happening in my shop these days but I did buy a checkering kit to give it a try.

And the latest “tool” addition. ;)

I think I am getting old. :o ;)

That is one helluva useful "tool"!!! I need to get one of those. Though I'd need that new Rustoleum "Never Wet" so I could keep it outside as there's no room in my "shop" for it.

That is very impressive Butch ... now how are you actually going to be able to cut that out ??
I don't see room for anywhere even to section off.

Will the steep blade angle make handling this knife awkward compared to a typical paring knife? They look sweet on paper.
