Straight off the grinder. A little hand finishing and it's done!

2.5" closed mini knife in MagnaCut and scrap stag. I had a lot of screw ups at the end, but the result is bearable.

What is your grit progression? I stop at 180 on the grinder. Then 320 and 600 by hand before buffing.

I rough it in with 60 grit, then 220 and finally 400. The pic is at 400. Then I start hand Sanding at 800, go to 1200, and finish at 2500 & buff.

I know a lot of peeps don’t like the coil spring. My KMG Classic had one and I never had a problem with that feature. I actually prefer it over the gas strut.
