But what I was thinking is to round end of pins / 5-6- 8 mm / on knife with scales like on picture I posted .Glue scale with temporary pins , after curing remove pins , make one in right size and round and polish ends . How to round pins ? I mean really round them ?

The latest iteration of the Kaibab Kommando in 52100 with a rare (for me) dangler sheath. Kind of got a mountain man feel to it.
