Here’s one my Bowies with a crown stag handle and an O1 carbon steel blade. I like the rustic look of deer stag knife handles.

Currently making a surface gage, as I couldn't find one in germany that wasn't the usual magnet base, and also in my budget. Decided to more or less copy a starrett style out of a block of c45 that I had laying around, but making it slightly bigger for some extra weight, and adding a bumper at the front. Blued up the running surface, and tuned it in a bit, there is still an unsupported isle, but its not at either end, or side, so it shouldn't interfere with the function. Will post an update, once I get all the hardware together, as I'm currently missing some screws and clamps still.
