What's happening in the David Mary Custom shop?

I drank my last two coffees at the shop and had everything planned perfectly to finish these knives and get to the grocery store with ten minutes to spare before closing, loaded up a basket including my sushi, coffee and decaf (for late night chess lol) and then .... SYSTEM ISSSUUUUUUEEEEEE

Thank you! It is MagnaCut with canvas Micarta, 6 3/8" overall, with a 3 1/8" blade. In my medium width/large finger length hand, it is a 3 1/2" finger grip.

Where are you at? We got 16” at our place in Anchorage. Friggin wet and packed down when blown.

My wife cooked a great lasagna which I ate too much of🤣

Meadow lakes.

Smoked a set of belts on the blower. Had to slpit it in the driveway and replace them part way through.

I'll catch the next one, wouldn't be any fun if we got bent out of shape over these things. Besides I can't say I needed any of the last 5-10 knives I've purchased... Or maybe you'll get a wild hair and do an xl belt knife 😏.... I need one of those.

Thanks for understanding. It's very similar to another knife he was making for me, but a little smaller so it's legal to carry in my pocket. I fell in love with this the first time he posted it.
 
That's one nice thing about Alaska you can carry whatever knife you have enough belt for. Ive been playing with a couple mega folders lately. Not sure why but they sure are fun.

The nice thing about this thread being 2100 posts... He'll have a knife for me before long.
