Yes, this is what happened to me as well. But in my 20s I worked first shift, and I thrived, so.... I give it another kick at the can once in a while.

I used to love my 4am - 2pm Monday - Thursday in my 20's. Now I try not to get out of bed before 5am. Doesn't always work.... But definitely no more starting the day at 3 for me.

Another Bittyrang ground. And unfortunately this one arrived with a gouge in the tang (from waterjet, not from Jarod). So I had to do something I'm not really interested in for the first time time, just to make it look deliberate.
