I would personally advocate for that kinda name . Or something else rather simple . Some of your knives have "complicated " ones .Thanks Doc! Just calling it pocket chainsaw at this point.

I named it "Prevalito" to mean "Little Prevail" in Spanish. "Prevailito" didn't seem or look just right...

Heat treated Skinny Fat Bowie blank prepped and ready for handle attachment and bevel grinding.

I figured since I’d have “free time” until some blades start coming back from heat treatment after this Bowie is done I’d also start working on something else today. This is one of the preorder daggers, the only one left. I decided to mod it and see how thin I could get the handle and also reduced the butt so it would be easier to transition quickly between hammer grip and reverse grip. It also felt appropriate to bring the blade length down a bit so it is now just over 5” instead of 6”.
I showed it by text to the gentleman who ordered the Bowie, and he put a claim on it right away as well. Feeling grateful!

Hung an old shirt over my dining room lamp and it cuts glare nicely from knife photos. So here are three knife photos with glare cut nicely from them by an old shirt hanging over my dining room lamp.
