What I did was preempted the customers reply because if I can get all three of these done and ready to go tomorrow I will. He has given me creative license in the past and I have extra blanks in case he really had his heart set on smooth. Wouldn’t have done that if I didn’t have the extra blanks to redo the knife with if necessary.

My favorite time in the shop (along with a bunch of other times lol). This is a favorite because now I can take off the PPE.

It was time to sanding sponge the sheath edges, because ergos are important to me not just on the handle.
Now it’s time to spray the sheaths out and test fit before putting eyelets in.
After that if all is as it should be, makers mark and G2G.
