Maybe I was. Maybe I wasn't. All I can say is the 'taters were overrated.

Edit to answer the question: no, the maker of the specific scales is located in Idaho. They were very helpful and agreed to ship directly to David.

That’s why I was a bit confused. They are trout scales and I think this may be the third or fourth time someone has ordered a pair of these to send me for a commission. I remembered the conversation but we hadn’t yet set it in stone so it was a minor comms oversight but resolved now.
