This EDChef is for my brother, who put himself through accounting school working at a fine dining restaurant. He hired me to make this as a gift for the head chef of the restaurant.

What is the blade length on this one? Steel? Have you used it in the kitchen?

EDChef is 4". I have not even used one. Nobody lets me keep them.

cbach8tw I only have 1 Edchef but I being 40 and my daughter 10 can use it equally well. The handle shape and overall ergonomics are great. Mine is in 15n20 and has been a great slicer and held up well. 15n20 also takes a beautiful patina if your into that.

Very nice offer- I would love to see/handle one. I think that is my favorite DM design that I have seen posted.

Stay warm with this cold front! My last trip up to the cabin I used my Badger Scout to cut the paracord I used to secure tarps over my snowblower. My fingers were too cold to mess with trying to untie the knots and I didn’t have a multi-tool handy. That pointy tip slipped right into the multiple knots easily. Neck knives are so handy when doing chores and wearing bulky gear.

Sounds about right. Spent way to much outside time at work the last couple weeks. Got -28f out this morning at my place. We are going ice skating in 30 minutes
