wonder where ya are? on the coast maybe? or in a city that sprays for them....inland in swamplands where I am, formerly called mosquito county.......it's all mosquitos all the time.Funny you say that. When we moved down over a decade ago, I was surprised how few mosquitos we saw. No-see-ums are way worse down here than mosquitos. Slightly higher concentration of alligators, however.
I back up to a swamp/marsh/wet area Nature Preserve. They do spray, monthly I think, but I'm right next to the mosquito factory. No one is more surprised than I am.wonder where ya are? on the coast maybe? or in a city that sprays for them....inland in swamplands where I am, formerly called mosquito county.......it's all mosquitos all the time.
spray helps big time. I'm in county and they don't spray. some cities in the county do and it's a night and day difference.I back up to a swamp/marsh/wet area Nature Preserve. They do spray, monthly I think, but I'm right next to the mosquito factory. No one is more surprised than I am.
They must use really good stuff around here, thankfully. Plenty of the good bugs around still, which is sign they are doing something right in their pesticide choice.spray helps big time. I'm in county and they don't spray. some cities in the county do and it's a night and day difference.
could be other things too. enough bats and dragonflies and maybe even certain fish in the swamps helping to control them. also things like constant wind directions make a huge difference. where I am at night your getting bit outside and a lot. during day in the sun you're okay, but a few get ya. step into the wooded shade and you're eaten alive. They must use really good stuff around here, thankfully. south ga is basically florida.....Well I'm in south Georgia and I'm pretty sure Florida is just chasing all the little bitey bugs up north at us.![]()
If Jacksonville expands a little more then we might be.south ga is basically florida.....![]()
The k-slick handle I came up with is very interesting with my choice to use some Jade G10 with a spacer of copper resin and double orange and black liners and orange outer spacers. I thinkclinton1 will be very happy with these choices.

Slightly too big, so Glock 19 FTW (or a Glock 43X, a Sig P365, or S&W Shield Plus)...If I lived in a jurisdiction where carrying a firearm for self defense were legal, I would carry a Glock 17.
if ya can carry a glock 19, then 17 isn't much bigger being carried. certainly not on David's build. I know as I own both and have carried both. both are good guns but I prefer the 17.Slightly too big, so Glock 19 FTW (or a Glock 43X, a Sig P365, or S&W Shield Plus)...
