nice, ill prolly pick one up around my birthdayAnd everywhere else, I take my mark 1 with me wherever I go.
It was a fun concept... No watermelon will be safe in the kitchen it winds up at.I know we talked about it being able to double as a machete.... but with how thin I ground this, I take that back.
ayyo wassup with the lil pink one??
the big oneTomorrow I'll start finishing these.
First here's a pic at the shop through the kitchen door.

Which is where I clean and assemble the handle pieces.

Then grind in the shop:

And refine the final profile and handle shape on the grinder.

Now what is left is finishing, etching, sheathing and sharpening. I'll do those tomorrow and plan to ship these Thursday.
I'm going to cut bladeforums to one hour per week for Lent. My children suggested it. WISH ME LUCK.Tonight's my last day with meat, cheese, dairy, or eggs, or any product with those as ingredients. One meal a day no sooner than noon. Maybe sub 8 ounce snack at night. Until after Easter. To make me a better man.
.....
But tonight before midnight: meat pizza with banana peppers, or all that's left of it.

naw, looks like work is being done. if it was too clean and neat we wouldn't be seeing these great knives being done like we do.I know my shop looks disordered. Every couple weeks it seems I go that belt pile with my Resilience but it always comes back after a while.
