For GITD cordage, that's a really good glow. Most is barely glowing right after being charged.

Look at it this way: if you get lost in the woods you're easier to spot, and if that fails, we just bust out the Geiger counter.

Old shredded partially missing gasket and lots of lost heat last year in the shop and burned way too much wood. Fixed it.

creative. so if I'm looking at it right, its for air blockage, more than insulation use? wood is a terrible insulator with a low r value. around r 1.25 per inch. whereas fiberglass insulation is around r 4.2 per inch.

What would you even know about it? Go swing from a branch or eat a banana or something.
