DocJD a bandsaw with carbide blades is the right tool for Osage orange. I don't own a bandsaw. Actually I don't even own a table saw, but Chris is lending me his. I do own the blade in it though! The narrowest blade we could find with the largest number of teeth for the cleanest possible cuts using ... the wrong tool for processing lumber into scale blanks.
