my kid had K-Pop playing so (I) wasn't wasn't seeing Irish Folk dancing.......

I have tension and stretching moves I have to do just to get out of the bed. I totally get it. Bad disc keeps me form bending over so one leg goes out like a counter balance- I look like a construction crane. It amuses my wife.

I call it the heeby jeeby wiggly jigglies, and with it I can go from tired and stiff to warmed up and ready to perform advanced martial arts techniques or heavy (for me) lifts in 10 seconds. Basically, rapid decompression and alignment of my misaligned joints.
