What's happening in the David Mary Custom shop?

I like it. The truth is I haven't been wearing my neck knife as much as I used to any more. I might actually try the M2 knife as my new necker for a while since it's so light, and it was really awesome today while packaging the GKC knives to go out.

So yeah, this one's going to get a new sheath and go out the door very soon, I think.

Almost forgot, LC200N upswept knife for a friend whose done a lot for me, and that hunter/skinner. Both still WIP. One closer to ready than the other.

Lot to like here. It's great consistently seeing unique 100% utilitarian knives in their various stages. Plus I love me some orange!

Guys I took an 18:42 video of the start of my shop time today. I would love to show you, but I still have other things I have to take care of before I can think about this...

I promise you would find my grinding technique....... amusing, to say the least. And once I get around to getting a paid subscription, I would then be able to upload a 20ish minute video per day, or more if I use my bodycam. It hasn't been a priority for me yet because I really don't know if anyone would be interested enough for it to be worth spending money on.

I have an idea. Stand by for toaster mode. It will take a while to downgrade the video quality on my computer, but I do actually have my first new PC in a few years in the process of being built as we speak.

I have scoliosis that wants to make me uncomfortable in every posture. So I have developed ways to very quickly limber up and align my hips, back, and joints for optimal performance and comfort. And it's a pretty uneven floor, the type that wants to pitch you every which way, so I use my legs and arms like a tail for balance. You want the real me? Here you go. I realize that this is all pretty unconventional and probably very strange to watch.

And interestingly, VideoPad, a piece of software I bought a couple years ago when I went full time (intended a the time for my outdoor machete use videos) said "estimated file size 426 MB" which comes under my weekly upload allowance. But then the file it made was less than 135 MB. Interesting. Good to know. Video cuts out abruptly when iPhone 5 memory was full. I deleted a few pics in order to have a buffer to share the rest of the pics I did.

Is that normal for your making? Haha I thought I like to squirm, and stretch A lot.
My shop is Way to small for all that.

You need to get yourself a "cooking show" but for knives, on TV.

Yeah pretty much that's how I move. I can effect a graceful and calm demeanor when needed.
